Had a GREAT experience at DeMontrond Auto Group. I found the car I wanted on the internet, and Kevin Thieleman took great care of me! I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes (I financed with my local Credit Union). No balloons, no circus atmosphere, none of the stuff that (usually) makes me say bad things about car dealerships. Kevin printed out the service history (the vehicle was originally purchased at DeMontrond, and got all it s service there), I signed a few papers and I was on my way back home. Would I got back to DeMontrond? DEFINITELY!!!

The Parts department is terrible. I paid for a part they had to order. I was told to call back in a week. Everytime I called, the parts counter guy was busy and I was told no one could help me except him, or they would just answer the phone and hang up on me. I finally gave up and called another dealer. The other dealer had the part the next day. When I went to Demontrond to get my money back, nothing but trouble. SAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!

Crappy service with a who gives a crap attitude! Definetley a represenetive as to why the big 4 is sinking!!! Even worse on a Sat. good luck Demontrond GMC hope you go under too!
