Horrendous service. Took friends to lunch today hostess was MIA, waitress took 6 minutes to even get to our table to take beverage orders, we waited almost 10 minutes for our water, those who ordered drinks from the bar waited 20 minutes Waitress did not clear appetizer dishes away before bringing main courses. The drink served to my husband had a chunk missing from the side of the glass. We had already paid our tab before this was discovered and they didn't even offer to refund the drink. We will NEVER dine at another Chili's.
