I recently moved to this side of town and BEBE Nails was the closet nail salon. I went on 3 different occasions each time they messed up my nails. 1st visit they were all different lengths. 2nd visit same thing I ask her to fix and she got upset. Last visit today I got a fill after 2 week of having a full set from them. The fill still looked like I needed a fill in kept asking her to fix them and she would add a drop of acrylic. Then when she polished them she didn't Polish the whole nail. I ask her several times to Polish the sides and areas she missed and she kept going like she didn't care. So I ask to have the color completely removed. And I paid and left. They half removed the color and didn't even add a top coat. I definitely do not recommend this place at all service is not worth it. They don't understand if a person pay their money then they should do their nails right and not complain.

This place is the worst place to go to when I went I got a pedicure and did the worst service they didn't take my dead skin off and they didn't cut my nails when I told them too it's just the worst place never going back.

I would give this nail salon no star if it was allowed. This is honestly my first review I've done online. I have been to this nail salon a few times, only because I'm a fair person and every time was a big disappointment. Now today I was pushed to the limit and informed the nail tech and company I was very upset at their poor quality of work and very unprofessional nail technicians. I was basically robbed today being quoted one price and charged another! Not only was I ripped off, the work wasn't worth $1. I was so upset and over this salon and actually feeling bad for the owner because I would hate to have bad employees drag my business down in the dirt, not caring about the customers or the business. But I actually feel sorry for the workers there. In the end ... They must be very unhappy to behave and do customers like they are. Very SAD.... I had to do a review because I would hate for someone else to have this horrible experience.

Very nice people and they do a great job ... but needs cleaning ... always looks messy ... you can see stuff all over ... front desk area too cramped ... looks bad ... nice coat of paint, a total remodel would make it more appealing. Sorry Bebe ... just being honest ... hopefully owner will see this.
