The question remains, why so many death at 2016 Main and none at other high rise condos? Is it poor security, defective construction, failing security devices, lack of proper notice or foul play? Some have speculated that the corruption at 2016 Main and the resultant destruction of property values has led to a surge in tenants of questionable backgrounds who use drugs and alcohol to an excess. How else can numerous deaths from people falling over the balconies be explained? Readers may recall the news of an HIV + man who was charged with luring a 15 year old boy to his home and infecting him with the AIDS virus, that man lived for years as a tenant at 2016 Main Condos. It looks like 2016 Main's reputation as a corrupt ripoff has taken a serious and deadly turn for the worse. Until the management corruption, failing infrastructure and crime there are brought under control.......only a fool would purchase there.
