Had concerns with a 2008 Nomad 1600 I just bought. Brought it in and Chuck got it running like a top for a very reasonable price. Even fixed a mistake on my part. Addressed all my concerns.
I will be back...

When I found out they had a dyno machine I went in and asked the woman behind the counter about dyno tuning my VMAX and working on my carbs. She told me that Mikuni carbs could not be rebuilt and they would porbably have to buy new one's, having more than enough knowledge on the mechanical end of both cars and motorcycles I knew this was BS. I'm guessing she thinks her customer base is less than intelligent when it comes to being mechanically inclined and knowing the basics. They are shyster's as far as I'm concerned, I left that day never to return. Beware guy's and girl's do your homework before you let them work on your bike, probably be better off going elsewhere.

I went to this shop after being recommended by a friend and was sadly disappointed. I took my 93 Nighthawk 750 there after it broke down while riding in the city. Because I broke down far from home, I had to rent a trailer and tow the bike to the shop, where the mechanic and owner diagnosed the issue as dirty carbs and offered to clean/rebuild them for $350. I thought this was a bit steep, but I went for it considering my friend had recommended the shop. I asked Chuck whether this was a job I could tackle on my own as a a novice mechanic, and he condescendingly said "don't mess with your own carbs."

I got my bike back a few days later, only to have the exact same issue occur on my first ride. I called back and spoke with the customer service/sales lady, and she said she would leave a message for Chuck, and that he'd call me back. Now almost a month later, I have still not received a call back, and refuse to go chasing a service I was already overcharged for.

Don't bother!! Told them I purchased tires elsewhere from the beginning. They never told me they charged more for not buying tires through them. Gave them my tires and rims!! Went back the next day to pick them up and they tell me they charged me more then normal because I bought the tires on line and that it was okay because I saved so much more then they can sell them. I'll never go there again................I just want to let people know..................they called for the mistake and did apologize with a full refund.......
