I will never recommend this particular store to anyone. First of all, if you decide to buy baby furniture from them, you will have problems with the delivery and customer service. I bought the 4 drawer chest and paid for the delivery only because they told me that the drawer will come fully assembled. Otherwise I would not buy that. On the day of the delivery, they brought me a box with not assembled drawer chest. I called the store. I explained what happened and I was transferred to the manager. Her name is Kaylee. She did not want to do anything with this situation and did not even try to resolve my problem, more than that she just hung up the phone. How possible she still working at the baby store? She does not know how to work and deal with people, especially with pregnant woman? Please tell me how can I assemble this furniture by myself being pregnant, especially when I paid for the assembly? It was the worst experience.
