They were able to diagnose my car and gave me a great price on the repairs needed to have me back on the road again.

We brought our Corvette in to have two tires put on the front of the vehicle and both center caps were stolen at the location and replaced with much older center caps! The original center caps were stolen off the car during the service. I suggest that if you choose to purchase any tires from that location that the Mangers as well as the technicians are wearing body cameras!!!! Next step is the Better Business Bureau then my personal Attorney in order to have the issue resolved.

I've brought my car to Gateway in the past and appreciated the service, so when my air wasn't working I brought it here to get it checked out. One of the mechanics told me over the phone on Saturday that they could look at my AC for $39. Tuesday I bring my car in and suddenly it's $129. That's just the price to tell me what's wrong, not including any cost to get it actually fixed. He conveniently forgot to tell me about an extra $90 charge. Hate to say I won't be bringing my car here anymore. Christian Brothers Automotive has been way friendlier, is much more reasonably priced ($50 for the same service), and most important of all: is HONEST. I won't do business with a company that misrepresents the cost to that extent before you've even got into the door.

Every experience I have had with Gateway has been excellent. They are very polite from the front desk to the mechanics. Sometimes I have to wait a while because they are busy, but they always do a good job.
