I really wish I could give this review an absolute zero. They stranded my 78-year-old mother at Walmart yesterday. When she called them to come pick her up no one answered the phone many many times. Thank the Lord she finally decided to get on the city bus which just happened to be the one coming towards our house. My mother wears a pacemaker and should not be put under this kind of stress. This company is very very unprofessional and has no concept of customer service. If something had happened to my mother they would be in court now. Take the bus, call a friend, call Pacs, call Lyft or Uber, but do not call this cab company.

Initially I got into the cab I was charged $2 to get into the cab and then I was charged $1.60. afterwards, After I was told it was only going to be 80 cents per mile, I was double charged. The cabs have a defective Odometer I can only assume that all of their cabs have the same problem because I'll never ever use their service again. They overcharge people on a regular basis this is because they don't adhere to standards Set by the Department Of Transportation. There basically crooks running a company that have no respect for their customers. As I was riding in the cab I stared at the meter then I watched as the mile markers went by on the trip from Hopkinsville to Oak Grove. I notice that while I was in the cab I found that the meter turned twice before one mile marker was reached so therefore I was being double charged for every single mile. If someone has it in them they may want to report this company to the Department of transportation and take legal action against them.

More drivers more cars stay open later then 6:00 monday through Friday and Sunday hours I do not know if anyone else feels that way, but I do....

Worst business EVER!!!! I've been standing in the cold rain for over an hour with somewhere to be bc they don't know how to run a business! I called this cab3 hours in advance and they still haven't came!
