Please inspect meadow creek condominiums 804 old settlers trail building has laud squeaking wood floors I told landlord 3 months ago and also 1 year ago I asked the tenant to fix it and it has never been done they just raise rent and never fix this all day starts at 4 am there are 2 overweight tenants the landlord replied and they own it was landlords the responce.Sarah the Rental manager has a bad havit of towing 3 of my cars one grey dodge caravan when they had a cleaning by sweeping the parking towed my mothers van she parked in the 10 minute spot had to retrive it they never said in the note that was not an option.$150 costAt the same time while recovering the dodge caravan the 2 door toyota solara was towed and the transmission was damaged due to inproper tow on a front wheel drivetrain they most have belived it was a Lexus that has a rear wheen drive by Sarah Fishers request cost $ 500 transmition repair.3rd time we gave the key of our other Van Chevy Astro to Sarahs Assistant At that time Heather they had a extra key that was left at the rental office , we had a verval agreement to live the keys there so that when there was a emergency they offered to move it for us. My mom works 3rd shifth one day there was a Black guy with a hoodied that followed she had to run in arround the building go in the side landry side door.The next day she faud a knife next to her car on the floor I gave to Dandre the mainance guy nothing happened now he doesnt work here.The heather broke overnight they fixex it the next day I got sick, while they fixed it one of the mainance guys confronted me about the towing she tried to do on my Mitsubishi Galant before 9 am i went to find my car and it was towed away before 9 am she said i was luck because she saved money for me and told me to live the office in a rude wayMainance guy laugh at me while the real handy man fixed he just watched They also had one of they guys yank my internet cable after comcast had layed it cutted and demaged the wire living me without tv and internet they claimed someone could fall I has 30 days to burry the line hoever everynone has had their coax cable runing on top of the grass for 3 monthsThe tenant at 804 #3 confronted me by blocking the landry door with a trah can not allowing me to come in the building i wrote a letter email to Sarah regarding this issue no reply happenedAlso this winter i felt on the sidewalk due to ice on yhe sidewalk because there was no salt layed prior and after the 2nd snow fall we had I went to rental office and told them this was and issue Sarah told me to go in and get a form The new lady at the desk could not figure out how to print it and emailed it.Also they had a watted shot off without 24 hour notice prior to day they fixed the water likage coming feom the ground, they had blocked my vehicle I could not reteive the car out of the parking lot because they had not giving the proper note was with out water for an entire day
