After being hit by Brad Warner's client, he told me he would submit the claim on her behalf. One week later I still had not heard from the claims adjuster, so I called and left a message for Brad on 3 separate occasions with his coworker, Justin. Brad never called me back. I finally got ahold of him on his cell phone at about 1:00pm. When I asked him about the claim and expressed my frustration with him about not receiving an update, he proceeded to yell at me and hang up the phone on me. Interestingly enough later that day the claims adjuster called me. I asked him when the claim was submitted and he told me at 3pm that day! Brad is a liar and has horrible customer service skills!! It was a horrible experience working him!
