Provided by YP.comRead my other review. The person ripping on Fred's duct tapes their shoes! That says a lot about their owner! The condition of these shoes appear "poor". These are the kind of customers which have unrealistic expectations of what a shoe repair expert can do to salvage an owner's lack of care for their personal property.
