I will never buy another thing here...they are crooked and will suck every last dollar out of you that they can get...never got a copy of my contract after many, many months of trying...never signed the contract either...and then when the mobile app tells me I have 4 payments left they they tell me I have to pay an end of the contract fee...the app says if you pay off early they match you dollar for dollar and that's a lie too they only do that if you do 90 days same as cash, which the app doesn't tell you that. They take advantage of people that have poor credit and can't get things from a reputable place.

Im not sure how my gf exp went when purchasing her washer and dryer, but after dealing with there employees and manager for a warranty ill never recommend anyone to go here. Guess when it came there time to spend a little money after making money off us it was not ok. After calling 3 days straight after being told every day they were coming to pick up our dryer the broke under warranty I had enough. I got ticked off after being lied to by every worker I talked to including there manager i cursed them out resulting in the finally coming to pick our dryer up. Now that they fixed it almost a month later (found out was nothing wrong it was the outlet) they decided to give us the run around again. Called my gf to set a time to deliver and she told them she worked until 3 but I was home when the asked would 1 be ok. Here it is almost 3 (giving them plenty of time to catch up if they got behind) I decided to call. There story is o im sorry your gf said she didn't get off until 3 so we scheduled you after 3 completely ignoring the fact that they even said anything about 1. So now im waiting hoping i get my dryer back today. Not sure how other rac work, but please take my advice and stay away from this one please.
