I wouldn't have given them ANY stars but, the lowest choice was 1. HORRIBLE customer service. I called and asked when my pawn was due thy told me the 19th. I call back on the 19th to find out when they open to come in and extend it and turns out they LIED to me so they could keep my stuff. It was due on 18th. They told me I'd have to BUY it back at their selling rate which was double what my loan was. Then they got rude with ME cause I was trying to find out who I needed to speak to to fix this. They refused to help me, even though I've been their customer for over a year. Well not any more!!
