My recent experience at The Affordable Geek started off ok. I was promised my computer would be ready for pick up with in 24 hrs, with a great quoted price. I was psyched. After 3 days I went in to see what was going on, since I hadn't been called. The man behind the counter pried himself away from the computer game he was playing to snottily tell me that, "if you weren't called, it isn't done!" Ok, after a week I go back in and low-and-behold, my laptop is ready. However the price is higher than quoted and I was charge 5% to use a credit card for payment. Two of the employees never even took their eyes off their I phones to help me. When I requested a discount b/c it took so long to fix, one man, not looking up from his phone, curtly told me that, "no really complains". Well guess what, I am! There was also trash and food all over the "counter top". I would strongle recommend not using this company for your computer needs if you value trustworthiness and feeling like you count!
