Stopped here on our way to Florida - NEVER wanted to leave. Wonderful Hotel. Service in all areas is excellent. Looking forward to our next stay.

This place is AWESOME!!!! My husband took me here for my 24th birthday as a surprise. We stayed at the hotel and during our stay we went to the spa. We both enjoyed the couples massage, and I had the facial done as well. The spa was very relaxing and the service I gave an A+. This place is so beautiful. The scenery is just amazing. I would recommend the resort view room because looking out over the resort is just simply beautiful! We did the honeymoon package. The hotel provided us with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and rose pedals in the room. It was overall the best experience I have ever had! The service is phenomenal! Also we ate at Brocks for breakfast, the food is great!!! Thanks Renaissance at Ross Bridge!!!

This is the best property to stay in in Alabama!!! My wife and kids stay here 6 or 7 times a year just to get away!!! We love the food, customer service, pool and Everything!!! This is definitely worth the money!!!

GREAT food and fabulous atmosphere if you like quiet. Great for an intimate meal. Seafood was awesome and not overcooked. Be sure to ask for Katie to be your server--she was awesome.
