Provided by YP.comTHE ONLY REASON FOR 1 as rating..is that 0 was not option .. THE STAFF is NOT ON YOUR TEAM.....LAZY ....UNORGANIZED ...STUCK UP ....THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. By all means if you have no choice...STAY AWAY FROM DIANE .. How could this person still be employed ...The worst experience i have ever had dealing with an automobile .... SNOBS.. AND...After getting my car out of there.... The next kind , competent , honest people from Mercedes Dr. informed me that Crown had TAKEN important covers that protect integrity of systems. AND JUST KEPT THEM ! FOR THEMSELVES? OTHER JOBS??.....THATS RIGHT ..WHEN MY CAR MADE IT OUT OF ROMPER ROOM/CROWN ..it had been pillaged ... AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THEY ARE CROOKS ... IF ANYONE CARES>>>AND WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS THIS FURTHER...PLEASE>> THEIR IS LOTS MORE! BUT I HAVE SPENT TO MUCH OF MY LIFE ON THESE IDIOTS TODAY!

Provided by YP.comMy wife had left her lights on our R350 and the battery was dead. She attempted to call Crown Mercedes Benz service for over 2 hours with out any response. In fact she was told once that they were all out to lunch. Finally she went to the dealership and was told to call Mercedes Roadside Assistance. They came out and could not get it started and therefore had our car towed to Crown. This was Tuesday around 2 pm. I was never contacted by the service department and on each of the next 4 days I repeated left messages only to be contacted at the end of each day and told that they had not got to our vehicle yet. Late Friday afternoon my wife was contacted and told that we needed a new battery and a module and that it would be around $1300-$1400 and that even then they would not know if that would fix our car until that work was done and they had to order parts that would not be in until next Tuesday. I told our service rep that I was very upset that nothing had been done on our car for 4 days and that $1400 for the above parts and labor seemed very excessive. I checked around and decided to have our vehicle towed to another Mercedes repair company on that Saturday. When I picked it up my car was in total dissaray and there was grease literally all over the interior. I was charged 2 hours labor cost at $220.00. The other company replaced my battery and did not even need the other parts cited by Crown and had it back to us on Wednesday am for a price under $500.00. I sent emails to both the General Manager and Service Manager at Crown and never even received a response from either of them. This is our first Mercedes Benz and my wife and I had every intention on having it serviced by the local dealership. At this time however I can't imagine any circumstances in which I would take our car to Crown again.
