Made reservations for a $272 a night suite... Arrived day of reservation and suite was not ready!!! Had to wait an hour to Check in! Once we got to the suite, the clean sheet that housekeeping put on the bed had matted dirt on th and there were wires and wall outlets hanging out of the wall (one was against the mattress), big fire hazard!! The service was mediocre!! After I griped and griped.. They swapped our room to a king but not a suite ... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone !! I have stayed in best westerns that were nicer!!

I do not recommend this hotel, I booked a room on hotwire.com but when I got to the hotel at 12 a.m. the extremely rude girl at the front desk told me there was no room available for me (after I had already paid for it) and she did nothing to help me transfer to another hotel nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. It was ridiculous. The hotel looked very nice, but I will never do business with them again.

I booked and paid for the room through Southwest airlines. When I arrived the check in desk had no record of the reservation despite my confirmation number from Southwest. In order to fix this problem, they asked me to wait for the reservation person and informed me "we only have one and she is very busy." They recommended never using sites like Orbit, Expedia or Southwest Airlines to make reservations with their hotel because of this problem. When I said I do this often nad have never had this problem before the person said "they are the problem not us....trust me." I then had to wait for their very busy reservation person to figure out the problem. Rooms are not great for the price either. Consider another hotel.

Great hotel for the price.The room was spacious we were greeted by a friendly staff.

Overall great hotel.The staff was outstanding. I really enjoyed my stay.
