Called them for a Taxi on 6/30/18 explained I needed a taxi, was quoted a price and a time between 3:15 pm and 3:20 pm. I explained I had a wedding to go to, in a blind panic at 3:30 pm, I begged a neighbor to give me a ride. The cell phone I was using (not mine) the person had already left and I couldn't call the cab company back to dismiss them. Apparently they called the person I was borrowing the cell phone from and left a NASTY message, from 541-399-9954, stating you shoud have called us and told us you were leaving. IF they had been there when they stated they would, I WOULD have been there. The person I borrowed the phone from stated they called at 3:45 pm, 25 minutes after they had already quoted, after I had told them I had a wedding to attend. I felt bad, so I called them back the next to explain apologize and use their service again, The man who answered, (before I could explain) stated we were there you should have called (which I would have) and hung up. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Great driver, very knowledgeable about area. Great ride. Pick up location was very remote yet still managed to find it no problem.
