I have been customer for this company since 1985 and never had any problem with him. The company is very reliable and is one of the top 5 companies in Honolulu that stayed in business since i know them. I give this guy 5 stars for all these years for being honest..............If this guy is whatever you saying is correct, do you think he can stay in business since 1985 operating in Honolulu? come on wake up lady.... This company used to do all the jobs for Liberty House now Macy's ,Jewel Gallery and many retail stores that i don't want to mention individual names........................ If you got bad experience that doesn't mean that they are not worthy. Mahalo

I had a very similar incident with this business. I went in just to have a pin replaced in a watch band, male owner quoted a price of $15-$20, we agreed on $15 and he wrote me a receipt with the work requested and the price of $15. When I went to pick up the watch the female working there told me that the watch needed a battery so they put one in and the charge is now $20 plus tax. This had nothing to do with the price but my reply was that I only asked for the pin to be replace, she replied in the most rudest tone that, "we don't call if it is under $10". Of course I was taken back by her reply & tone of her voice. While she was ringing up my credit card I remarked that they should have called if they were going to open up the watch, her reply again in the utmost rudeness was, "well you can leave it here again and remove it'! No one in their right mind would now after this treatment leave the watch there, so I declined. Standing there realizing that I'm here paying for a service I did not request and being treated like I did something wrong I asked her why she was being so rude about this, I'm the one that should be upset, so I asked her why she was being so rude to me. Her reply was that, "this is a fine jewelry store and that if you don't like it you can take your business somewhere else, I don't need people like you." Can't imagine this was happening to me, I was quite stunned to say the least, so to make a complaint before I left I asked her name and she replied, "I'm the owner here so I don't have to give you my name." This place looks more like a pawn shop than a fine jewelry store, this is why I only wanted the pin replaced, the location was great for me and all other businesses in this location have been there for awhile and quite established. Please save yourself and your jewelry, don't waste your time paying someone to abuse you or your precious jewelry!
