I was having a medical problem and first had to go through a CT scan. Made an appointment by going to the front desk because my Drs. office was close by so decided to just go and get an appt. I was met at the front by Julie who could not have been more friendly, understanding and professional. I was in a bit of a state because I was very worried about my medical situation and she really helped my mental stress by her attitude and helping me. Went for the CT scan aat the appointed time at a later date. Lori was my tech and was incredibly nice to me and couldn't have put me more at ease. She really knew what she was doing. After that I had to come back again for a MRI but my doctor had ordered without contrast but the doctor there and my incredible MRI tech got together and called my doctor to explain that without contrast it would be not much different than the CT scan. I am allergic to the old IVP dye and was not aware of a newer contrast solution but they talked my doc about that and got the ok for me to have that. My MRI took a long time but not because of any clitch or problem. I just had to have a lot of area done and then you have to do first without contrast and then with The woman who did my MRI's , Maryann was so remarkable. She has been doing this for a long time and her experience showed. She actually had me laughing and smiling during this stressful (to me) time so I am so grateful. The other folks I had dealt with were also beyond kind, considerate and professional. Kim, thank you..you are a gem! thank you to Tabitha and Amy. Everyone honestly made these difficult times so much better. Also you need to go to their website to read up on the expertise of Dr. Herron...amazing... I won't consider going elsewhere!

Staff was very professional. Was in and out in 30 min. for an Xray of my entire spine.

i arrived mid morning, no other people in the office. gave my insurance information and it took approx. 1/2 hour for the receptionist to figure out how to enter the information. i was then taken back for xrays which went with out any more delay, i was told the results would be sent to my doctors with in 24 to 48 hours. as it was a thursday i figured late friday, but didnt call my doctors until monday at approx. 900 am they told me they had nothing, try back after 11am as alot of results come in then. i waited until 2 pm and called again and the results still were not in, i called sdmi at 330pm and was put on hold, they came back to tell me they were just signed off and they were going to fax them to the doctors office soon. i then asked if i could have the results and was told due to hipa laws i was not allowed my own information ???? def wont be going back here if this is how long it takes to find out if you have a broken bone.
