The waitress was slow and forgetful - we had to request utensils, we had to request our soup and salad before the meal.



The sesame chix strips appeared to be popcorn chix and the bottom of the fryer, as well with scraps of burnt scraps.



The salad had dressing put on it when requested on the side and the soup was not hot.



To set the scene, my daughter, friend and me had just attended a funeral and planned to have a bite to eat at Fridays.

When the whole experience was over, I felt like I had just been served saturday leftovers and there was no level of quality assurance.

I have been in the food service business for over 20 years, I try not ot be a critic, but I do have a level of expectation, as I think all people do.

I have alot of family and friends who enjoy your service, during happy hour. I don't know if there is a different level of service during happy hour, but I do know that on a saturday afternoon, it is whatever as far as service and food quality.

I will share this with my family and friends, as we have lived in this community all our lives. As a matter of fact, my father worked in the part of the steel mill where Friday's is located, for a time.

So you can see that I am not just some unhappy guest, I am a member of this community who remembers what was here before you, my family has history in this town and we are very proud of our community.
