The store is beyond beautiful and customer service is truly amazing. they catered to my every need and took their time to help me get what I needed. I recommend coming to this establishment 100%

Dropped off jewlery to be fixed in JULY; was never called about the status. Called on my own, told i had a credit, went back in DECEMBER was told jewlery was in back. Older Blonde lady with glasses "quality control" very rude and sarcastic. Taking my business elsewhere.

My husband and I wanted to update our ring for our anniversary so we both decided to go local business close to the house, the business is clea and the staff was kinda friendly. We both got rings from this store thinking and was told that there are sterling silver rings and will not have any problems however after 3 months of owning the Rings and the Rings needed to be clean we could not clean the ring all three rings turn I will never shop at the store again the rings were supposed to be sterling silver not only they will not sterling silver but it cost us so much money for these rings if you're going there to shop for rings I will advise you not to these people are liars and is very expensive

I needed to buy an engagement ring. Israel took care of as if I was family. I didn't know the first thing about rings but he explained everything to me very detailed. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Now I recommend all my business to him. He doesn't know it but that is ok. That is my satisfaction.
