3rd time i had an appointment and they weren't there because of an "emergency" and no one ever calls to cancel it! very unprofessional!

I have been a client of this salon since their opening about 4 years ago. I don't di my hair anywhere else! Neysi is my hair goddess! I trust her professional judgement all the way and she has never disappointed me! The staff at this location is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. I trust them with my eyes closed! I ❤️ Hair Doctors!

Biggest mistake I ever made was getting keratin down in this hell whole. I payed over $200 for everything I did including buying the appropriate shampoo and conditioner. I come back from vacation in South America and let them know the system never worked. I waited 10 days to wash my hair and when I did it went back to what it was before keratin. This place refuse to do a retouch or give me my money back. If you want your hair treated like it's trash please go to this saloon otherwise skip it. The manager is the only who seems to know what she's doing. She's not the one that did my keratin. If you have no other option please make sure the manager does your hair. Don't settle for anyone else.

horrible place- made me waste my money and ruined my hair with refusing a refund.

Each time i go there to dye my hair. They leave it with three or four different colors. One time i had my hair blow dry by the manager and she burned my hair and told me it was fine. I returned and asked for someone else to fix the damage she created. the only way to fix it was cutting all the burn parts off. The prices are good but it is not a salon where the stylist know what they are doing. They don't care about the customer. Only taking your money for a job that was not done correctly. and manager does not know what she doing.

They recently made some changes on the stuff and now I love the people they work with, I had some extensions done and I love them!!!
