Best place, best prices, clean, professional...I won't go anywhere else. I just had about $1,000 worth of tires, alignment and service done on my SUV and this was by far the best place to get work done. I got lifetime warranties on everything and the service guys at the bay explained everything to me. There's coffee, thhe bathroom (mens) was clean and there are things to do while you wait for the work to be done. I went to get my mechanic some tacos at La Pasadita nearby.

I too was a long term customer over a period of many years and had a similar experience. The management shift has turned for the worse...again though what do expect in Home_bandito_sted.

I have been a long time customer to the point of being on a first name basis with several employees. The desk staff has been exceptional! However on my last 2 visits (one for each of our cars) I was given estamates of aprox. $600.00 plus for transmision repair. I brought the cars in because they made noises when shifting gears. In this economy it would take a couple months to save for just one car repair.

I was lamenting across the fence with my neighbor and he asked to hear the noise. We drove around the block, he looked under the car, asked for a wrench, asked for 1/10 of the repair estamate if he could fix the problem? In 3 min. he replaced the exhaust pipe bracket to it's orignal location and the noise disapiered. It took him 5 min. to tighten a loose bolt on my wife's car.

I have spent thousands here over the years, and I feel sad. Usally I expect to get a kiss before things like this happen.
