Very knowledgeable staff that will take the time to show you different firearms or accessories explaining all the features, functions and operation. They stock more merchandise than other gun shops. Great home town full service gun shop with very friendly knowledgeable staff. Two thumbs up!

I love this place. I am a new loyal customer to this shop. Every single employee there is helpful and very courteous. Not the norm for gun shops in Miami. I have bought a cpl rifles and 2 concealed carry guns here and will continue to shop here. Keep up the great work Arsenal !

I went here for the first time today to buy a new Concealed Carry gun. They were extremely helpful and patient with me, I'm very happy I decided to check them out. They've gained a new customer, I will only go here for now on, they have great prices, they're courteous and very helpful and they have a good selectionary too. I couldn't ask for a better experience, I'm very pleased.

Look I've been here a couple of times and I can say that the owner wayne is kind of serious face I here him talking just seems like a know it all and cocky and the other employees get you right away not even given you chance to look around and once you tell them not right now yhey just watch you like a hawk go to accurate ammo by homestead mower it's very small store but they have the cheapest prices and if not in the store they'll order it for you and will beat arsenals price and American armorys too great little store

Echo everything from me as well. Wayne is a gentleman and a professional and does a great business here. I wont buy a gun from anyone except Wayne and send him all my students business as well. First rate shop in all respects, does what he says and at a fair price. Pleasant and fun to visit here. I am an impossible customer, and love this shop. My first visit was like they knew me for years. Wayne knew what I wanted and had what I needed. Super friendly, knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with my first experience and will place as much business with them as possible.

I experienced the exact same thing wolf.nix.3 experienced at american armory, so I headed to Arsenal Arms, where I met Wayne and Mary. Needless to say, I have been to Arsenal Arms for the last 18 months and purchased several firearms from them, and had them do some work on others I have had. I've also purchased a couple of firearms online and had them shipped to Wayne for a small fee. Arsenal Arms is for me, my one stop shop for all my lead-slinging needs.

I HIGHLY recommend this gun store! Been here about 3 times and nothing but the most friendly helpful staff in the world. I stopped at another gun store called american armory down the road and they made me feel like stupid garbage. So I headed to arsenal arms, staff is incredibly nice and happy to provide me with all the information I need. I am proud to say I will be purchasing my first firearm from them next Friday. The vibe of this place is very comfortable and welcoming. If your new to guns and/or looking for a good selection with helpful and courteous staff this is the place to go.
