Aqua Pools installed a new in-ground pool for my neighbor. I own the vacant lot between my neighbor's house and my house. My neighbor said that he talked to Aqua Pools people, told them where the property line was, and asked them to stay off my vacant lot, which they agreed to do. However, the installation guys tore up the grass on my vacant lot with their construction equipment, dumped large piles of stone there, dumped construction waste including excess dirt, metal poles and other unidentifiable trash, and finally dumped waste concrete there which hardened into a large nearly immovable object. I complained to my neighbor, who reported that he had contacted Aqua Pools several times about this, but that did not stop them. When I talked to the on-site foreman, he promised to clean up everything and bring in a landscaper to repair the damage when the pool construction was finished. It was all a lie. They did attempt to remove the rocks left in the grass. But then they just left, and never cleaned up the rest. When I talked to my neighbor, he told me that landscaping was specifically excluded from the construction contract. To his credit, my neighbor is doing the best he can to clean up the mess that Aqua Pools left on my property. Perhaps I should have called the police at the first sign of their trespassing on my property. But I wanted to preserve a good relationship with my neighbor and would have been satisfied if Aqua Pools had repaired the damage when construction was complete as they promised.

Very disapointing service... I called to have our pool checked- water was leaking and we couldn’t figure out why- they told me that they will send somebody out to check the return lines. Three days later they called me to get my credit card information - because they will not come out unless they have payment information on file. I gave them information and next day they camo out checked our pool told us to fill it up and keep it running and that they will return next day. So next day, hey came out again, I assume checked the pool- and left without any explenation! I have no idea what they did, and what is wrong with my pool. I didn’t even know they left. So I called Aqua pool and they told me that service man they sent to my house (I belive she said it was Junior) does not call the office or write notes in their system- so when he is done for the day he will return to the office and give them report- then they will call me and let me know what is going on with my pool. I never got a call! So I called them, only to find out that service has left for the day- and nobody has any informatio for me - and that I should call bac tomorrow. Right now I was on the phone with 2 people and currently on hold for 20 min because I asked to speak with somebody that is in charge. Still no answer and still no information. Very disfunctional, disorganized, unprofessional. Just plain horrible! The company sent out a worker to my home, who doesnt report back to them and there is no way I can find out what he was doing on my property!

UPDATE - after 30 min on hold- store manager (so they told me) Tony picked up the phone only to tell me that he has no information and can’t help in any way- he was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me! Will not be going back there or hiring them to do any kind of service. !!!

Great service and prices you can trust them good family company .Had my pool liner replaced and they did a fine job.

They're a small, family-owned store, so it is alot easier to ask questions and get help when your pool starts turning green. Most of the people who work there know their stuff about pools compared to some other places I know. They do free water testings and so far, all their suggestions has kept our pool in good condition. The only drawback is the phones they have. A few times I called I got the busy signal and once I was kept on hold for awhile. Other than that, very friendly and helpful people.
