Tundra Chocolates began in 1982 as The Choclick shop by Barbara Briggs. She sold chocolate suckers and molded candies. In 1984, she expanded her repertoire, from molds, to truffles, creams, jellies, brittles, etc. She used only the best quality ingredients, and made all her candies by hand, to ensure each piece was made to the highest standard. Tundra Chocolates was born. In 2017, she passed the mantle to her son David, and daughter-in-law Evangelina, who continue the same standards, recipes, and quality of each hand made candy.
