This was our first time using this type of business (water damage restoration) and at first every thing sounded great. They cleaned up the mess great and did a great job with that. The salesman said he would be back the next day to check on the progress. He never followed through. They did come back in a few days to pick up the drying machines. They set our mind at ease regarding how easy of a process it is to get our insurance to reimburse for thier services. We had the exact opposite experience. It was a complete mess and nothing them promised happened. I would not recommend this company or use it again. I will also do my homework next time I need a service like this!!
