Honestly i have never written a review on a store before, but this is necessary. Do not go to this store. All the employees are disrespectful and lazy. The GM or someone should issue a mandatory "how to be a good salesperson" training session. I asked one girl where a certain item was and she said it's sold out. I turn down one aisle and to my surprise, I found what i was looking for in my exact size... ON THE FLOOR. It was dusty and there was an unknown stain on it. Not surprised because the girls are always in the frong chatting their job away instead of someone handling the floor. I suggest taking your business to the madrags on university. They are much more polite and CLEAN. They are actually willing to help and have a better variety of clothing that is well organized instead of cluttered around.

I went to this store a few days ago and was extremely disappointed. I asked one of the girls is they had a certain type of pants and her answer was flat out no. Then I started looking and found them myself. When I was done and ready to pay both of the girls in the front decided to only use 1 register and the lady in front of me had about 20-30 things she was taking if not more. I waited until they decided to have a full blown conversation. I ended up having to leave everything I wanted behind because I had to work and they refused to have someone help me on the other register. Never returning

The manager at this particular store is VERY rude and she has no personality.ive been here twice and both times she was unpleasant.She doesn't greet you with a smile or try to assist you with anything.The clothes are always dirty bc they hang on the floor and they won't even give you a discount if you wanna buy the dirty garments.the last time I was there several other people were complaining about her as well.i'll never return there again bc she doesn't make you feel wanted in the store.the store on university is much more classy and the workers are friendly and help you
