Left my 37 foot RV with K&K for 4 days while they were trouble shooting why my norcold refrigerator was not getting cold enough and also to clear an error code on the refrigerator. After four days the technician called me to let me know that they were unable to determine the problem. I appreciated their honesty. But even more importantly when I went to pay the bill I was billed only for 30 minutes of labor. I know for a fact they put many hours of work in trying to determine the problem. It's very difficult to find honest service centers like this. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Treat me very badly, because don't buy your products, are racist and very expensive, I not recommend never go to this business
