Recently, my Uncle's visitation & service was handled by this Funeral Home. I ordered flowers online from their website on Saturday for the viewing on Wednesday. We went to the viewing, the flowers were not there. I had received a confirmation and my Visa was charged. The only employee on site did not seem to be aware the flower ordering online was even available through their business, call tomorrow. After a call & callback I was told, they found my payment, however, they never received the email requesting the flowers, even though they processed the billing on my credit card. Of course, they said they would refund my money or send the plant to the widow. Angela said there was a problem with the Internet on Saturday. Of course, this never happened before, etc.

Moral of the story do not trust these Fred Hunter Funeral Homes with flower, fruit basket, etc. online orders. Such a large business should have better website controls in place.
