One of our water pipes burst and it was horrifying. When we called Charlie Swain Plumbing they quickly sent out their Plumber named Leonardo. He was very reassuring and methodically investigated the situation, explaining everything he was going to do to correct the problem. He worked quickly, neatly and before he left he stopped the leak. He had to return with more help as a permanent fix required running pipes through the attic and down the walls to hook up a new source of water. Leonardo and Cameron returned as soon as they could, and worked as a team, efficiently rerouting the pipes from the attic down inside the kitchen wall to provide us with hot water. The cost was reasonable considering all the work they had to do. Leonardo and Cameron are very pleasant and professional workers, and we would recommend using Charlie Swain Plumbing for your plumbing repairs.

Our pipes under the house were leaking, within 3 hours Sam was here quickly beginning work to fix the situation. Efficient, Professional, Courteous, Friendly and Reasonably priced. Rob the boss came to discuss the repair with Sam and the work was carried out in 2 days. Mike also came to assist with pipe replacement in the attic, and several other areas in the home. A very difficult job done superbly to our amazement. Only snafu was paying with a credit card but after discussing the situation with Rob it was taken care of efficiently.

I used this plumbing company to repair my kitchen pipes, they were great, good value for the money, technicians are neat and clean up. I would call them again.
