They cleaned my white shirt and apparently a button came off and they replaced it with black thread. When I picked it up not only had they not fixed the error but told me this is how the manufacturer makes the shirt. I tried to explain this is not true, but she basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I said fine and I didn't want to argue but as soon as other customers walked in, she just keep up, even though I would not respond. ( I also got an argument when I brought the shirt in, the gentlemen stated they would not make a mistake like that) So I have a REALLY clean white shirt with a button with black thread.
