I placed a call for service on 8/1/14 for service for my very elderly mother-in-law. Her A/C was out and needed repair. Lorden came out the same day and took the system apart and needed to get a part. There was a question about the availability of the necessary part and, if it could not be repaired, might need a new system. She had not mentioned it again until yesterday (9/14/14) that the system had not yet been repaired or replaced. She has been on the phone with Lorden every day this past week and quite a bit in the weeks prior to that. She tried to get them to come to a conclusion (repair/replace) since 8/1; meanwhile, the furnace blower is in parts on the basement floor. As a result of their inaction, she has been without air conditioning through the hottest part of the summer and now without heat as the cold weather has set in. Leaving an 88 year old woman without A/C or heat for more than six weeks is unconscionable. She has been a loyal and quick paying customer for 23 years and this is how she has been repaid for that loyalty.

STAY AWAY! I can't believe the poor customer service this company has. They deserve NO STARS. We signed up as automatic oil customers, and they proceeded to charge us $140.00 when they came as a delivery fee. WHAT?? When I called to question the charge, they stated it was something I would have to take up with their main office. Rest assured, if you sign up for service with this company, you will pay and be globally unhappy with their ability to meet their commitments. Go with a different oil company.
