I was not happy with a small alteration issue, went in to show them, the lady told me to do it myself, got very defensive and did not attempt to remedy the situation and refunded me the charge. To top if off, I asked for my receipt back because I had additional items on the receipt. For some reason, the man in there did not want me to have my receipt back. The lady did hand it to me, yet as I was leaving, the man blindsided me from behind, grabbed my arm and tried to grab the receipt out of my hand. My husband and his wife came to calm him down. I will not and cannot support a business who's owner who thinks it is ok to physically put his hands on a customer in an aggressive manner.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I was basically told by the manager, after saying no to a service because they charged way too much, that I should just go if I wasn't willing to accept the price they were charging. I was also told that my people are always looking for a discount. I didn't even ask for a discount I just said no to the price she was going to charge me. I didn't know that was a crime. She was quick to apologize once she realized the ignorant comment she made. Sorry too late! This cleaner will never get my business ever again. By the way, I went to a different cleaners and saved 16.00 dollars on the same service. Beware of rude and ignorant manager!

I brought in a coat that had a vest for a liner and wanted them to add sleeves. they did an excellent job. the lady there was more picky then i was. the liner, when i bent my arm was just a tad too long and stuck out. she explained how that wasn't very nice looking so she asked if i could come back in another hour and they would fix it up. the coat was done exactly when they said it would be. might be a little expensive, but after reading other horror stories about other cleaners, i would rather pay a little more then have a crappy job.

I had a dress for a wedding and it need it, maybe, an inch or 2 cut off because it was too loose around my neck,and put back together , and she charged me $40 for it...... :( i don't think is reasonable, and for a pair of jeans that need it to be fixed, a jacket that need it to be clean, along with a shirt, she olny charger me $21.... :( now it's up to you if u want to get scamed..... it was cheaper at david's bridal... :(

I had brought in several pair of jean shorts to be altered with two of them having very wide and detailed waist bands. All the work was exceptional; the fit was perfect when finished, and you could not tell that the waist bands had been taken off and made smaller. I would not hesitate to recommend this business for any alterations; especially if you have to buy a larger size to accomodate certain portions of your body, and need things taken in for the smaller portions. Great job, and pleasant people.
