Provided by YP.comThe salesperson figured up what our bill would be if we switched over to their company, when we got our bill it was $35.00 more than what our contract said. The manager said we were overcharged but our bill did not go back down. We have Been to the office twice and he wasn't to be found, salesperson said Manager was going to call us. It's been 2 months and no call yet to fix the problem. Poor management
