The customer service at Pet Care Warehouse has always been friendly and helpful. They are very informative and the prices are affordable for the products offered!

They had everything i needed for my animals at afforable prices and the service was good

Staff is friendly and helpful and they don't seem to have turnover. The same lady has been there for years and knows my pets.

I am a customer of Pet Care Warehouse, as well as a number of other pet stores in Chattanooga and outlying areas. I find that Pet Care Warehouse ranks as one of the BEST. The staff are competent and friendly and what they offer for sale is of high quality! I am certain that the individual who hides behind the the pseudonym of HAPPY RAYMOND has either been paid to post negative comments with respect to certain Pet Stores in order to generate business with the one/s he is affiliated or assosiated with!



In other words, he is a nothing but a FRAUD!

happy raymond reviewed three fish stores in the same day and that was all he's ever reviewed. something must be fishy about our friend raymond. my fish ive purchased from all three stores have done well but i am partial to PCW because their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and i live close to it so it is convienient. also, he having posted three reviews in one day on three fish stores makes me believe that he did not even purchase fish from pet care warehouse. if i had to guess, i would say ray works at fifth day (because it was the only positive review) or is friends with them. either way, i think people should check all of them out and decide for themselves.

I have been shopping with Pet Care for years-contrary to a previous comment posted 3/30/09, their fish return policy is one of the best around. They give you 48 hrs for fresh and saltwater fish. If you go to the other guys, they don't warranty saltwater fish AT ALL. When you do follow the return policy, they test your water to see if there are any problems with the aquarium and then they will bend over backwards to help you fix the problem. If there isn't one, they refund your money or replace the fish. They have helped me with numerous issues with my aquariums. The great thing about them is they helped me FIX the problems not just give me more fish that would have suffered under the existing conditions of my aquarium.

They'll match prices if you bring in the ad from somewhere else. My only criticism is that their selection is so sparse.
