I have lived there for 12 months now because of the lease. The ones that run the place do not care about any of your concerns,comments,needs,worries, and they will screw you over in any way possable. The maintenance is aweful. Residents are not nice. The cost to live there is way to much for where it is and what you get out of it. I promise you if you do decide to live there, your stress level will rise. Also remember they do not have any type of courteous call to remind you of your end of the lease to were you will have to pay up to $1000 plus. I would stay away from this place. Again the people that work there are only there to try and take as much money as possable out of your wallet. They will not work with you on any of your problems. They do not care. If i still lived there I would still hate going back home. Go down the street for a cheaper and more spacious living. I GIVE IT -5 stars. I would STAY AWAY
