Paid for the $20 managers special car wash... Pulled around to the vacuums and car was still dirty in multiple places not to mention the wheels were still very dirty. The supposed wax and all that I'm convinced is just crap with LED bulbs shining through it!! The staff which is young kids that are very rude and couldn't give a care less about complaints. After showing the car to the boy he brings over Windex and sprays on my paint and wheels to clean it!!! RUDE!! Then first vacuum I pulled into wouldn't suck a dead flea off a piece of paper so had to move everything and relocate to another vacuum!! Last but not least, with all the crap going on I accidentally left my clear plastic floor mat lying across the trash can where I cleaned it.... Got home within the hour noticed it and called back to only get the same rude kid to be told he hadn't seen it blah blah...so I drove back over to look for myself ...he had taken all the trash out and it wasn't there... He acted very weird about the whole thing... I feel sure he threw it away being a jerk because we complained. Can't believe a customer would pick up a used clear plastic mat. My husband stopped by the next day to speak with "manager" and she didn't give a rip either. I wish I knew how to contact the owner!! This place is a joke and it sucks! I will NEVER go back and hope people see this along with all their other BAD reviews!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

My truck was severely and very obviously scratched with large

circular scratches, on both sides. They refused to make it good, "because the vehicle is over 5 years old" !!! I will have to get the truck painted

and take my business elsewhere.

Normally this place is on it but the last 3 time I came in I paid for the 20 dollar wash and still had to come to the vacuums and wipe all the remaining dirty off especially on my wheels. I asked the guy to check out his wheel cleaner device and he acted like I said something about his mom. Just want what I paid for it all. I even said I'm not trying to get a free wash out if it just look at his equipment.

Cleanest Car Wash in Hixson. Friendly outgoing employees. Vacuums are high power. Even the hoses are always rolled up nicely! I just love this facility

This car wash is excellent. The workers there are always friendly and take good care of my car. Only once the wash didn't completely clean my car but when I informed them they had me pull back to the front where they hand scrubbed the missed areas and sent me back through the wash. This is one of the best car washes in town!

2 weeks in a row, we've gone here & the car wash doesn't have soap, like it's almost out. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever, never any toilet paper, always smells horrible, & toilet covered in urine... will NEVER go here again!!!!
