Brandon came out to give me an estimate on moving my units. He was very friendly and professional, and the price was cheaper than most of the other companies.

Brock spotted the problem with my heater right away. He repaired it and tightened up the blower motor screws and I had heat again in less than an hour.

I’ve used E. Dennis more than once and service has always been stellar.

Brandon, from EDennis came out extremely quickly and had the problem fixed in under an hour. Being without AC was kind of a nightmare with three small kids in the house, but Brandon solved that for us quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, and the price was MUCH lower than the estimates from the companies that come up first in search results. I feel lucky that the other companies weren’t able to get to us in a timely manner, since that lead me further down the page to find EDennis. We have been very unimpressed with the other providers in our area, and we will, without a doubt, use EDennis next time we need service. I have already recommended them to two family members who need maintenance, because I was so impressed. The lady in the office who was our initial contact was also very pleasant, which again, is an improvement over the other companies I spoke with. I am so thankful we found this company, because they truly got us out of a jam, quickly, and for a price we could afford.

Brandon arrived on time. Was professional and did the repair/service in a timely manner. He made suggestions for keeping our A/C working like it should and also made a suggestion for our heating unit. We will use this company again!

I have been doing business with E Dennis for about a decade now. They installed my furnace and AC unit. They are reasonably priced and are very experienced with all aspects of HVAC. Brandon is just one of crew and is very respectful just like the rest of his co workers. I highly recommend E Dennis AC, inc.

Brandon Saylor was our tech , i can't sat enough about him , he is a 5 star in any and all categories .Because of him , any problems that i have with heating and air , are now your problems, but i don't see many problems coming your way because i am joining your PM program. I was very satisfied with the help I received from Jonathan at E. Dennis AC. I have a pretty new unit that just wouldn't turn on for no clear reason. Jonathan spent a lot of time reviewing the AC equipment in my attic, the thermostat, and the outside components. I had a burnt out wire and damaged contactor that had led to the AC malfunctioning. My unit was under the manufacturer's warranty so the cost for the repair was minimal. I know with all the time spent the problem was properly corrected. Also, the issue was repaired in less than 24 hours from when I placed my service call! Highly recommend.

The diagnostic guy is great! Wish he was the one scheduled to perform the repairs. I initially had a service appointment scheduled from 9-10 on Monday. I was told to set aside 3 hours to complete service repair. I was told the service guy would call when he's on the way. I get a call at 10:15 and the guy states he's lost and he doesn't know how long the job would take because he was not provided with pictures. I had to reschedule appt for the following Monday because I only requested a half day off from work. I stressed the importance of technician arriving bet 9-10 due to the fact I took a half of day off from work for the second time. Keep in mind website states office is open from 8-5. 9:45 no call nor no show so I call office and I'm told the technician is at the supply store. Really? So 2 guys arrive at 10:30. I was told they weren't informed to arrived between 9-10 and they would need 4 hours to complete the job. Poor customer service I would not recommend to anyone
