Oak School is an elementary institution that has been operational for more than 50 years and is located in Hinsdale, Ill. The school has an annual enrollment of more than 350 students in kindergarten through grade eight. Oak School operates a parent-teacher organization that is comprised of parent volunteers who provides assistance by organizing a variety of educational and enriching activities. It conducts academic classes in various subjects, including math, science, social studies, art, music, communication skills and physical education. In addition, the school offers gifted and talented and special education programs. Oak School is a part of Community Consolidated School District 181, which operates elementary, middle and high schools.
