I love lowes! I hate their customer Service Dept. ( Vanessa and Bre) They are very rude and have no business working in that department! They are very unprofessional and unhelpful. They give lowes a bad name! I highly suggest that they be replace by employees that have a good attitude .

Thank god we have something in this town. Staff not responsible for faulty products, though customer service can do more to assist in connection with company to make it right, instead of leaving it up to the customer. Also, staffing is difficult I have a business here. I like Lowes stores they have whatever you need for the house and I duped some keys yesterday, i also had some visitors a few hours away and bought some porch plants for the outside. Hello....lv that!!! I whipped up that porch in like an hour!! Like I said, its good to have a home store in town with out going to Brunswick, Savannah, or even Pooler. I also had a Fridge delivered last yr, the service was good. And another thing.....my husband purchased a dryer at Home Depot, the door switch broke after 2 weeks, I called the appliance dept, i was directed to maytag/whirlpool website and was told to get the number from the website, call to schedule an appt for repair!! So, there you have it......

I was at the Lowes store in Hinesville, GA today to pick up a Lawn Mower I paid so much much for the previous day. It took them 30 minutes to find someone help me. The unbelievable part is they gave me a faulty lawn mower which cannot start. This is the worst Lowes store ever..

I love Lowe's store......delivery service....not so much.

This is like most Lowe's retail stores. The aisles are nice and wide, and employees are helpful and friendly, and they have just about anything you'd need for your home. Also, if you find a lower price elsewhere on an exact item, they will beat that price by 10%.
