I have trusted this repair shop on more than one occasion, I always have to return as something wasn't done right, or something was done sub par, or worse yet...something entirely different happens to the vehicle. Be warned, find somewhere else. If they will rip off a retiree, they will surely rip off a soldier. Please find another place.

I had to put a motor in my truck Charlies Auto charged me $975 just for the "motor" and a 6 month warranty. 3 months later the motor goes out and I've been battling with them and LQK about getting a new motor for 2 and a half months now. Finally it gets resolved and LQK is refunding the shop the money back ($625) for the motor which in return the shop is giving back to me. Now wheres my other $350 dollars going??? Charlies says its for "shipping and stuff" SHIPPING IS NOT $350!!! LQK was guna send me a motor from SAVANNAH, GA TO LINCOLN, NE FOR $250!!! DONT GO TO CHARLIES THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER LIKE THEY DID ME!!!
