(WARNING!!!) My Doctor mailed my medication an overnite express delivery (24hrs) with a tracking number, they mail it to my old address (an I did a change of address in March 3, 2016) a mistake but the mail carrier should have known my new address! I called USP Service in the mainland they gave me the post office that delivered my med's no one answered. Then consumer affairs called them and spoken to the supervisor He said he will call the post carrier to go back and pick it up? 2:17pm called made and it's 3:46pm and no word yet!!! ). Mailed from Honolulu to Hilo on April 25, 2016-- April 26, 26, 2016!!! Don't use the United Postal Services to deliver But use UPS or FEDEX... ALERT!!! USP called at 4:09pm, my Wife is waiting at the Hilo Post Office ( Airport ) for the Post Carrier to return (he got my med's) He will be back around 4:30pm or until he finish is route. But the employee Donna called me on this information, She is so Understanding and a Aloha-Spirit Wonderful Person
