Transmission Technology Hilo was amazing!! I had taken my SUV to 2 dealerships to be fixed and still had problems. My husband heard great things and decided to try them... they fixed it all!! No more shaking, noises, and my gas mileage improved. Corey and Bryson were professional and took the time to explain everything.. I highly recommend them !!! Very pleased!!!

They have no integrity. We towed our car in and towed our car out. When we talked to the owner about our grievance he promised to take care of us. When we went down to the shop to receive what he promised he went back on his word and ignored what he said he was going to do. They have admitted that they did not know what was wrong with our car and "tried" to fix it. All we left with was a large bill and a car that still did not work. Thankfully we towed the car somewhere else and it was fixed and is still running great. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

I DONT KNOW OF ANYWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY GOING SIT DOWN AND TALK TO YOU ABOUT WHAT THEY GOING DO WITH FIXING YOUR TRANSMISSION. VIC SHOWED ME PICTURES OF THE TRANSMISSION AND POINTED OUT WHAT COULD BE HAPPENING INSIDE AND EVEN GAVE ME OPTIONS AND FOR COME DOWN AND WATCH THEM DROP THE TRANNY AND TAKE IT APART EVEN. I TRUST HIM WITH WHAT HE WAS TELLING ME AND EVERYTHING HE SAID, WAS WHAT WAS WRONG. NO WONDER THEY CALL HIM THE GEAR MASTER.
