I love wings top in Elmwood PArk the service has always been Excellent. However the new one in Hillside is horrible. I ordered my food @ 8:15 last night over the phone the young lady taking orders kept messing up my name. I asked if it was crowded she said no it'll be 15 mins. I got there 20 mins later I paid for my food & I waited for them to call my name. Well after noticing it wasn't crowded at all everybody that came in placed an order got it & left. It's now 45 mins later I stepped up to the counter & said I called along time ago is my order ready she picked up an order said the girl wrote my name wrong handed me my order & walked away. I shook my head in disbelief & walked out. Thank God for microwaves. I was just sitting on the bench they walked around talking never asked what my order was or anything. Kept looking at me never said let me check on your order. I live in Wheaton IL I drove several miles to get bad service, cold food & not even an apology. This sucks. No more wing stop for me.
