BEST CURRENCY IN HILLSIDE CLEAN FAST SERVICE FRIENDLY I LOVE THIS CURRENCY

Do not EVER go there!! I have had the WORST experience here and plan on NEVER returning! My family used to go to this currency exchange because it is located near our home and is usually less crowded than the other currency exchange down the road in Bellwood. This place is dirty, dark, and almost always empty. Besides the fact that this place (conveniently for them) does not provide receipts on transactions, they consistently make mistakes. I had a problem with one of the tellers who made a mistake with a money transaction. I spoke with the Manager at the location and she claimed no wrong-doing. After being blown off by the owner a few days later, he did absolutely nothing about the situation and claimed he felt bad about losing a customer...If he felt so bad , don't you think he would have done something about it? Maybe given me the money I was shorted? After NOT receiving ANY solution from the owner, I decided to go back to the teller who took care of me. Before I could even accuse her of taking my money, she began YELLING at me about how she's so rich and doesn't need to steal...Very unprofessional if you ask me. All I asked was if she had made a mistake, no need to get offensive, right? I found it completely RUDE and DISGUSTING that the OWNER of a business would let an employee speak to a long time customer in that manner. The customer service here is extremely BAD and the employees are unprofessional in every way possible. Please don't go there because if you ever have a problem, you can count on the manager and the owner to do nothing about it. I will be leting all my family, friends, and my neighbors in my local community not to be using their services. It is a shame that I have NEVER had to write a bad review on any business, but this place is RIDICULOUS!!!! I'd give it ZERO stars if I could
