DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!! I brought my car in for a simple tire plug on a leak and they backed it into something and cracked the bumper and refused to accept responsibility for it. I know it was not there before because when I got out of work the night before I walked around the car and checked all four tires ( the tire pressure light was on). I got up and the only place I went was there. If you're an honest business you take responsibility for you mistakes, this proves they are not. Go to Park Ridge Auto Service (the only reason I didn't is because they were too busy to take me and I had to get to work) Sorry I didn't just put the spare on and wait, would have saved me the $500 it's gonna cost to fix the bumper!

Nothing I hate more than car maintenance. If I could, I would just leave my car on the side of the road when it needed new tires (or even an oil change), and find a new one.



But that's not reality.



Soooo I go to ETD because I love the guys there. Always always patient, respectful, I feel like I"m getting the true story and I know from dealing with them from years ago on a B2B basis that they have a huge inventory, so you're getting what you really need, not just what they have.



Use these guys if your dear male partner/support person is pretty much useless.

I took my car here the other day after being referred by another shop. My car had died in the parking lot and I had to have the car jumped. The place I went to told me that my battery was dead and that I needed to replace it. I had just replaced my battery a year prior so I was a bit skeptical, but asked to have one put in. The salesman at the shop told me they didn't have the battery in stock, but to bring my car to ETD Tire.

When I got there, they were closing up for the day, but saw that I was in a situation and took me in anyways. They had asked me a few times if the other place tested the battery (which I assumed they did) before suggesting one. The mechanic at ETD decided to run a battery and charging system anyways to be sure. It turns out that my battery tested good and I did not need one. After some discussion, I remembered that I left the headlights on when I went shopping and that's probably what drained the battery. The mechanic explained that even though the battery had to be jumped, my car was able to recharge it.

All in all, ETD certainly earned my future business with their expertise and honesty in not charging me for a battery I didn't need! I highly recommend anyone who's looking for an honest place to bring their car to give these guys your business! Thank you ETD!

I called to see if they could fit me into their schedule in the middle of the day on a busy Saturday and they told me to come down and they would have my tires done by 3PM. I dropped the car off at 1 and they called me to pick it up before 3. The job was done well and the guys in the shop were very helpful and courteous. I'm going to use them again when my snow tires need to be done.



I was miffed by the other review when i saw it on here and knew that it was placed by a rotten competitor of theirs so I reported it to these guys so they could defend their great names. ETD has always treated me and my entire family with respect, courtesy, and honesty. I recommend them to EVERYONE that I can.
