Our friendly and experienced office staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday 9:00 am through 5:00 pm. All our office staff can answer questions about your current project or general fencing questions. We are also available to set up free on site estimates with our estimators. At all times our office staff is able to reach the crews in the field over digital 2-way radios in each truck. This enables us to stay in constant communication with our sales, service and installation crews. We currently have five to six crews working on a daily basis year round. Our crew Forman have an average of ten years experience. Only York Fence employees install all our fences, No subcontractors are used. Our fleets of trucks are constantly updated and fully equipped with the most modern equipment offered to our industry. From conception to completion, our experienced team at York Fence will ensure that your new fence will provide you with lasting satisfaction. Residential customers can feel confident with a three year warranty on workmanship and materials while Commercial jobs are warranted for one year. Poor service, poor quality products

We installed a fence in our backyard to give our dogs a nice area to run around in spending $6,000 on the job but 3 months later much to my amazement the fence is bent in 3 places. I called York to complain and was told someone would have a look at it. Before I was even called back, an estimate for $180 showed up in my e-mail to repair the damage. I was told animals must have damaged it which I find fascinating since the fence surrounds a dog pen and no deer hoof prints were anywhere to be found near the damage. What is upsetting about this is that they couldn't throw me a bone for $180 to keep a customer happy given that I feel it should still be under warranty? I left them a voice-mail expressing my concern for the quality of the job and the fence and asked if they would be willing to do this repair for free. It's been a month and no call back. The bottom line: this company does not care about its customers and you would be much better off taking your business elsewhere.
