WH - I joined TNT in the spring of 2008. At the time I was having some fairly intense personal issues that generated a tremendous amount of stress. At TNT I found something unique and very much appreciated. The exercise reduced my stress, the martial arts increased my self-confidence, and I got to know some fantastic people. Mr. Gajdostik is a great instructor - he has an amazing way of explaining things that makes the most difficult maneuver seem fluid and easy. I'm currently a brown belt level 2. I assist with some aspects of training. I hope to get my black belt this year. I'm grateful for everything I've learned at TNT and hope to continue my training into the far future.
